TTOC Table

Use the TTOC Table to review the three-digit Treasury Tipped Occupation Codes (TTOC). These codes are required on W-2s for tipped employees beginning in 2026.

Review TTOC Codes

Select Utilities > Payroll > TTOC Table to review the available three-digit Treasury Tipped Occupation Codes.

Export

1. Click the Export button below the grid to export the TTOC table as displayed. 
2. Select the desired file type.
3. Type the file path, or browse for the file path using the button.
   

Print

Click the Print button below the grid to print the TTOC table as it appears in the grid.

Due to differences between printers, column widths may not print exactly as they appear on screen. Use Options > Print Offset to adjust the printed column widths.

• Increase the Print Offset number to increase the printed column width.
• Decrease the Print Offset number to decrease the printed column width.

Once you have adjusted the Print Offset for your system, the columns should print more closely to how they appear on your screen.

Add or Edit a TTOC for an Individual Employee

You can add or edit the TTOC for an individual employee on the Employee tab in Setup > Contacts > Company Contacts.

Add or Edit TTOCs for Multiple Employees

Select Utilities > Payroll > Edit Employee TTOC to update TTOC values for multiple employees at once.
