Edit Employee Type

The Edit Employee Type payroll utility may be used to rename or delete a Type from a company file.

Select Utilities>Payroll>Edit Employee Class.

Edit Class Lookup

1. Change the Lookup by typing over the existing lookup.
2. Click Close to save the changes.
   
   

Delete Status Lookup

1. Select the Delete box for any Lookup you would like to delete.
2. Click Delete Selected.
   

   Note: An Employee Class may not be deleted if it is used in a contact.
