Dillner's Accounting Tools > section > Payroll
Employee Classes are created by entering a lookup in the Class field on the Employee tab in Company Contacts. This utility may used to edit the Lookup of an Employee Class or delete an unused Employee Class. Select Utilities>Payroll>Edit Employee Class. Change the Lookup as needed. To delete undesired Employee Class(es), check the Delete box for the classes to be deleted, then click Delete Selected. Note: An Employee Class may not be deleted if it is used in a contact.
