941 Liability-4 Quarters

Use this utility to calculate the total 941 liability for four quarters to determine if the employer is required to make payroll tax deposits on a semiweekly basis.

1. Select Utilities>Payroll>941 Liability-4 Quarters.
   
2. Select the last Quarter of the look-back period from the drop-down list.
3. Select the appropriate Year.
4. Click Get Liability to display both the liability for each of the four quarters and the total.

Export

Click Export to export the grid to a Comma delimited, Tab delimited, or Ascii file.

Print

Click Print to print the grid. The printout from this page is designed for internal office use and is not the same as the formal print format accessible through the Reports>Report List reports. Set the Print Offset option (found under the Options icon at the top of the window) to a higher number if columns are printing narrower than seen on the screen or to a lower number if columns are printing wider than seen.
