Edit Employee TTOC

Use Edit Employee TTOC to easily add or edit TTOC and TTOC2 codes for employees. TTOC Codes will be required on W-2s for tipped employees beginning with the 2026 forms. The utility displays employee information in a convenient grid, allowing you to select the appropriate code without having to open each employee's record individually.

Adding or Editing TTOC Codes

TTOC and TTOC2 codes can be added or edited directly in the grid.

1. Go to Utilities > Payroll > Edit Employee TTOC.
2. In the TTOC Code or TTOC2 Code column, select the appropriate code from the drop-down list.
3. Repeat for additional employees as needed.
4. Click OK to save your changes.

The drop-down lists make it easy to select the appropriate TTOC and TTOC2 codes without having to open each employee's record individually.
