Insert/Edit Link—This button will open a dialogue box, where you can define the following options: Display Text, Link Type, URL and Target. The first 3 options are found on the Link Info Tab. The final option is located on the Target tab. These options are defined as follows:
The Display Text is the text that will be the visible portion of the link, i.e. the text the user will see and click on.
The Link Type defines the type of link. The most common is URL but you may also select Link to anchor in the text, E-mail or Phone.
The URL is the web address where you want the link to take the user.
The Target is where the link will open. It will either open in the same window the user is navigating your site in, if you choose SameWindow, or will open in a NewWindow if that option is chosen.

You may change the Background Color of the banner, if desired. The Background Color is defaulted to a color that complements your theme colors. Clearing the HEX code from the Background Color edit box will return the color to the default.
The Font Color of the Banner text is defaulted to white. Use the Font Color drop-down box to change the text color to either White, Gray or Black
Use the Font Size drop-down box to change the size of the banner text
You may turn the Display Banner off or on at any time. Do this by selecting the on or off radio button located under the Display Banner title.
When the Display Banner is being displayed, you may use the Display Banner on Pages radio buttons to specify that the banner either displays on every page of your site or only on the home page.
After changes are complete, click on the Save Banner Settings to save your changes. To see a preview of the banner, click the PreviewBanner button or alternatively, click the View Live Site button located at the top of the Left Menu. The Preview Banner button will show you your site with the banner regardless of the On/Off state for the Display Banner setting.
