Convert Employer Accrual to Accruable Benefit

Use Convert Employer Accrual to Accruable Benefit to change the Type for payroll items related to accrued hours like paid time off, sick, or vacation.

When you open this utility, all Employer Accrual type items are listed in the left column. Click on an item that you wish to change to Accruable Benefit and select Convert. The selected item will be displayed in the Accruable Benefits column. 

Repeat for each item you wish to convert. After you have moved all of the desired payroll items to the Accruable Benefits column click Next to continue.

This process cannot be reversed, so you will be required to review and confirm to complete the conversion.

Review the Item in the Accruable Benefits and click OK to continue.

When the Verification dialog opens, you must type the word yes and click OK to complete the conversion.

A dialog will open, listing the items which were converted to accruable benefits. Click OK to close the dialog.
