Convert Case

The Convert Case utility makes it easy to clean up inconsistent capitalization and maintain a more professional, standardized appearance across your client files.

When you are working in a client, select Utilities > Maintenance > Convert Case to quickly update the formatting of information throughout your file.

You can choose to convert:

• Account Names
• Account Descriptions
• Contact Information
• Memo Descriptions

For each field, you can select from three formatting options:

• Capitalize the first letter of each word in the field
• Capitalize the first letter of the field
• Convert the field to ALL UPPERCASE
