Forgot User Name?

To reset the User Name for a Client portal, access the Login Page from the Accounting Office website.

1. Click the Forgot UserName link below the Login button.
   
   
    
2. Enter the email address recorded on the Client Profile during setup.
   
   
    
3. Click the Submit button.
   
   
    
4. An email with the subject line "Requested Information" will be sent, including the Username.
