Reset Client Password

Client passwords can be reset by a user in your office who has at least Client Maintenance permissions.

 

To Reset a Client Password

1. From the left menu, click the Management module drop-down, then select the Clients link.
2. Search for the client by using the Search Filters button at the top right corner .
   The Client list can be filtered by Company name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Category, Department, and Status.  Click the blue Search button to view the results.

3. Click the Client Name link under the Company column to open the Client Preview pane on the right side of the page.
   
   
    

4. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the Client Preview pane.

   

5. Select the Login Settings tab located at the top of the Client Profile.
6. Click the "Send Reset Password" email link located below the Two-Factor Authentication area. 
   
   
7. The client will receive an email link to reset their password. This link will expire after 24 hours or when the client resets their password.
