If an office selects the button to “Send reset password email to client” from the client profile or the client clicks “Forgot Password” on the login screen and there are 2 client email addresses:
Reset Password if there are 2 client email addresses
1. Both email addresses will receive an email to reset their password.
2. The first person who clicks on the link will be taken to the Change your Password page.
3. Both email addresses will receive an email confirmation that the password has been reset.
If the second person tries to click on the original email password reset link – they will receive a
Link Expired message. The user can return to the Login page by selecting the Login button if the password reset is still needed.
