Server Error: 404 - File or directory not found usually means the client or staff member could be using an outdated link/bookmark/desktop shortcut to their portal.
To update the bookmark from the Google Chrome browser:
Click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner of your page (Customize and Control Google Chrome is the hover message).
Hover over Bookmarks.
Click Bookmarks Manager located near the top of the list to the left.
Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the Bookmark name.
Click Edit
Update the URL field with the following: voffice.dillners.com/App/Security/Login/(UID)
Important note:
Each office is assigned a UID (User ID).
Your office UID can be found by searching for any client. The VO Client ID column must be displayed.
Example: If the Client VO ID is 1234A789; the Office UID is 789 which is the group of numbers located after the "A".
The URL link field should read: voffice.dillners.com/App/Security/Login/789
Click the Save button.
