Introducing a Sleeker, More Intuitive Experience! We’re excited to unveil a refreshed design for our Client Portals. This upgrade brings a cleaner look and enhanced user experience while retaining the familiar functionality you know and love. Our new design allows Non-Portal users to upload a file using the Continue As Guest button! Customize the arrangement of your Dashboard tiles by dragging and dropping them into your preferred display order or rearranging the sections of the Dashboard. Click the blue circle at the top right margin of your Portal and use the Search filters for more precise results! Enjoy the simple, organized layout using the tabs along the top of the Profile areas in the portals! Navigate from page to page with the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of each page. Connect with clients and staff using our new Chat functionality in your portals! Jump to the Office Profile under the Office Default Settings tab and click on Enable Chat to get started! This feature allows Direct Messaging, Group Chats, Notifications, File Sharing, and Search Functionality. Access Chat from the right widget bar or your Mobile App!
