Here are navigational tips to help you get acquainted with your new and improved Client Portal! Accessing Your Profile Page: Navigating Tabs: Using Back and Next Buttons: To hide the left menu, move your cursor to the left of the breadcrumb to click on the Hide Menu arrow. When viewing the list of Uploaded Files, use the Show number of records drop-down from the bottom left corner of the page. This lets you view a specified number of files on one page. The page links are located at the bottom right of the page. The options available are 10/50/100/500. If you're looking for something specific, try using the Search feature. This can save time and help you locate information quickly. When Search Filters are available, they can be found at the top right corner of the page. Click the Show Filter(s) arrow. The Hide Filter(s) arrow can be found to the left of the Filters heading. To Clear filter(s), click the broom icon at the top right. Breadcrumbs show you what page you are on during any process in your portal. You can use the links in the breadcrumbs to go back to previous pages you may have navigated through to get to the page you are on currently. The breadcrumb links are at the top left corner above the page heading. Click the Breadcrumb links whether they are in blue or gray font.
