Other State Files>OR STT2

The state of Oregon requires that for OR-STT-2 be filed electronically. Amounts can be entered manually on the state website or uploaded in a file. Use this function to create the file to be uploaded.

1. Select Reports>Electronic Tax Reports>Other State Files.
   
2. Select the desired Reporting Year and Reporting Quarter and click OK.
   
3. Browse to the desired folder.
   
4. Enter a meaningful File Name and select Save.
   
5. Select Next.
   
6. Verify that all listed employees have properly formatted Social Security Numbers. Select Finish to create the file. (Select Cancel to close the window without creating the export file.
   
   
7. Select OK to close the window.
8. Open the file in Excel. Rename Sheet1 to Employee Detail.
   
9. Save the file as a .xlsx format Excel Workbook and upload to the state.
