E-file 941 Summary Report

Review the 941 file before uploading it to Drake, ESmart Payroll, or Quarterly Express for transmission to the IRS. Verify that all desired companies are included.

Select Reports>Electronic Tax Reports>Efile 941 Report.

1. Open the directory where the file was saved.
   
2. Highlight the desired 941 file and click Open.
3. Review for accuracy.
4. Print report, if desired.
   
   

Print E-file 941 Summary Report

Click Print to print the E-file 941 Summary Report grid as it appears. The printout from this page is designed for internal office use. It is not the same as the formal print format accessible through Reports>Report List reports. Set the Print Offset option (found under the Options icon at the top of the E-file 941 Summary Report window) to a higher number if columns are printing narrower than seen on the screen, or a lower number if columns are printing wider than seen.

Export E-file 941 Summary Report

Click Export to export the E-file 941 Summary Report grid to a Comma delimited, Tab delimited, or Ascii file.
