Payroll check stubs for each employee may be uploaded to secure employee portals on mypaycheckdata.com. Click here for instructions to get started with PayPortals™. The program will create a separate PDF check stub for each selected employee. There will be no routing or account numbers on the checks. Stubs may be printed and uploaded for both employees with direct deposit and employees who receive paper checks. You may also generate stubs for after-the-fact checks. Each file created for an employee will begin with the employee Portal ID followed by an E and then the VO Client ID from the Company tab in Setup>Company Information. The program will also create a text file containing the Portal ID, Name, and Email address for each employee hired after the date entered in the Include employees hired after: field. A portal will be automatically created for each employee in the text file. Each employee will receive a notification email similar to the following screenshot when their portal is created. Any employee who does not receive an email can log in to the portal directly by going to companyname.mypaycheckdata.com and clicking on the Forgot Password? link. When a check stub has been uploaded, the employee will receive an email similar to the following screenshot. They can download and view the check stub by clicking on the link. If an employee does not receive the email, or needs to go back to portal to view old check stubs, they can log in to the portal directly by going to companyname.mypaycheckdata.com. Our system uses two factor authentication, and they will be asked to enter a code which will be sent to the email address on file. After they log in, they will have access to all checks and W-2 forms which have been uploaded. If an employee cannot access PayPortal through the link in their email, they can go to the login page of their employer, or copy and paste the link from the email into their browser. In the following screenshot, the employee has entered dccsecurity.mypaycheckdata.com in a browser window. Note: If an employee loses access to the email account on file, their employer or the employer's accounting office can change the email address in the employee's portal. The employee must contact the employer NOT the accounting office. Click here for instructions on how to view employee information and files uploaded to PayPortals.
