Edit Repetitive Billing

Use Edit Repetitive Billing to change repetitive billing amounts for multiple customers in one place.

1. Select Utilities>Maintenance>Edit Repetitive Billing.
   
2. Select the desired billing Item from the drop-down list.
3. Enter new amounts as desired.
   

   Note: For clients with many customers with the same amount (such as a homeowner's association) use Replace Amount.

4. Click OK to save the changes.

Replace Amount

1. Click the Replace Amount button.
   
2. Enter the original amount in the Find Value field.
3. Enter the new amount in the Replace With field.
4. Click OK to replace the amounts.
   
   In the screenshot above, the values entered would change the amounts from 85.00 to 89.50 for each customer.
