W-2 Summary Report

Review the W-2 Report file before submitting it to the Social Security Administration.

Select Reports>Electronic Tax Reports>W2 Summary Report.

1. Open the directory the file was saved in.
2. Select the W2Report file.
3. Print the report, if desired.
4. Review for accuracy.
   
   

Print W-2 Summary Report

Click Print to print the W-2 Summary Report grid.  The printout from this page is designed for internal office use and is not the same as the formal print format accessible through the Reports>Report List reports. Set the Print Offset option (found under the options icon at the top of the W-2 Summary Report screen) to a higher number if columns are printing narrower than seen on the screen or a lower number if columns are printing wider than seen.

Export W-2 Summary Report

Click Export to export the W-2 941 Summary Report grid to a Comma delimited, Tab delimited, or Ascii file.
