W-2 Delete Records

Company records may be deleted from a W-2 file if necessary.

Select Reports>Electronic Tax Reports>W2 Delete Records.

1. Open the directory containing the desired W-2 file.
2. Highlight the desired file, then click Open.
   
   
3. Check the box in the Delete column for records that you want to delete.
4. Click the Delete button on the upper right side of the window.
   
5. Click OK on the to complete the deletion.
   

Select Reports>Electronic Tax Reports>W2 Summary Report to review the remaining records.

Print W-2 Delete Records

Click Print to print the W-2 Delete Records grid as it appears. The printout from this page is designed for internal office use. It is not the same as the formal print format accessed through Reports>Report List reports. Set the Print Offset option (accessible through the options icon at the top of the W-2 Delete Records window) to a higher number if columns are printing narrower than seen on the screen, or a lower number if columns are printing wider than seen.
