The Accounts Receivable system is an extra charge module which may or may not be activated for your software installation. Please contact Dillner's Support for further information. Invoices and statements may be uploaded directly to clients through the Virtual Office™. Statements and invoices will be generated ONLY for customers with activity or a balance due AND a valid VO Client ID on the Customer tab. The selected reports will be automatically printed to pdf and uploaded to each customer’s respective client portal. The PDF files may also be attached to the notification emails sent by the VO. Note: This process may take several minutes. The following dialog box will open when it is complete. Note: The File Transfer Utility will open and show a list of all customers with valid Client ID numbers. Any invalid ID numbers will be noted. To correct errors, go to Utilities>Search Company Contacts. Enter the invalid client ID in the Search for text field and click Search. Double-click the client in the search window to return to the contact. Edit the VO Client Id on the Customer tab to correct.
Print to Virtual Office
To Print Invoices or Statements Directly to the Virtual Office
A separate pdf will be created for each customer with a VO Client ID and activity or a balance. The file name will include the VO Client ID, Prefix, and Report Name. For example, the file name for client 003 ABC Company will be 12163A7744 July Billing Statement.pdf. If multiple customers have the same VO Client ID, the program will add a hyphen and number for each additional statement.
