Contact Activity

Use the Contact Activity utility to review 1099 totals for a vendor.

1. Select Utilities>Contact Activity.
   
2. Select the desired Year.  (The current year will be selected by default.)
3. Select the desired Contact from the drop-down list (Set the Option to only display all contacts or vendors).
4. Click Search.
   

The grid displays the total activity for the selected contact by general ledger account. The 1099 Type for the account is also displayed.

Click on any column heading to sort the list by that field.

Double-click anywhere on the grid to open the Vendor Tab in the Contact Manager for the selected contact. Edit 1099 Settings as desired.

Contact Activity Options 

Show Contacts

• All—Causes all contacts to be available in the drop-down list.
• Vendors Only—Causes only contacts with a flag in the Vendor Box to be available in the drop-down list.
