Due to printer variations, column widths do not print the same as they look on the screen. Use Options>Print Offset to adjust for these differences.
Options
Click the Options icon to see the following options:.
Print Offset—Use the Print Offset to print columns as they appear on your screen. Increase the number to increase the printed column width and decrease the number to decrease the width.
Live Update—When this option is set to Yes, the contact information will automatically update if a contact is edited. When this option is set to No, Search must be clicked to update these amounts.
Open with Search—When this option is set to Yes, the window will open with global contacts displayed. Setting the option to No will cause the page to open much more quickly, but without any contacts. This allows you to enter text without having to wait for the global contact list to load.
