The Batch Enter Checks feature makes it easy to enter bank or credit card activity quickly using a convenient grid-style window. Instead of entering each transaction individually, you can enter multiple transactions at once and create the individual entries when you are finished. You can also save your progress and return later if you are interrupted. To begin entering checks: When you move to the next line, the page number will automatically increment. Continue entering transactions until all of your bank or credit card activity has been entered. If a check needs to be posted to multiple accounts, you can enter the check more than once. This allows you to split one check across multiple accounts without having to re-enter the check's basic information each time. The Check Total at the bottom of the window will display the total amount of the selected check. If you are interrupted before completing the batch, click Save at the bottom of the window to save your progress and return to it later. This allows you to continue entering transactions without losing the work you have already completed. When you have finished entering all of your transactions, click Create Entries. The program will create the individual transactions from the information entered in the batch. If you need to make a change after the checks have been created:
