It is possible to send a file directly to the Dillner's support team.
Select Help>Send File To Support. The File Transfer Utility will open. If you are prompted to enter a serial number, you will find it in the lower right hand corner of your program. It is a six digit number. Enter the serial number and click Next.
The File Transfer Utility will open with the Client Name in the Title field, as shown in the screenshot below.
Please enter a description so we know what we are looking for or need to fix.
Enter the support technician's name in the Attention field.
Enter your name in the Sender Name field.
Enter your phone number and extension in the Sender Phone field.
You can drag and drop additional pertinent files in the box with the 2 listed files.
Click Upload to upload the files.
A file upload confirmation window will open and display the names of the files that were uploaded.
Click Finish to close the File Transfer Utility.
Note: When your file has successfully uploaded, a support ticket is automatically created. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Support tickets are responded to in the order received.
