    Online Help

    The FCA™ Help system requires that the workstation has a default browser installed. You must have a client file open in FCA or PBM™ to access Online Help. If a client file is not open, Online Help will be grayed out.

     

    Select Help>Online Help from menu or press F1.

    The left menu in the online help system is arranged like the menu in FCA. Select the desired FCA menu item from the list.

    The pane on the right displays the selected article.

    You can also search for a desired topic by typing key word(s) in the search box. As you type, suggested topic titles will be displayed. Click on the desired title to open the article.
