Dillner's Accounting Tools > section > Help
You will use this option when Dillner's support needs to login to your computer to provide support. We use TeamViewer to do this. A browser window will open and you will be prompted to Ask your partner for the session code. A member of the Dillner's support team will provide you with this code. You may need to download Teamviewer for Windows or Mac. Follow the instructions on screen to complete this process.
