Redistributable Update for Windows – Dillner's Accounting Tools

Some users may receive a runtime error when trying to print or preview multiple selected reports. The may be caused by a recent Windows update which removed components used by Full Contact Accounting or Professional Business Manager. Run the Redistributable Update for Windows to correct this error.

In FCA Select Help/Redistributable Update for Windows. This will close FCA and open an internet browser window. A file (vjredist.exe) will be downloaded to your computer.

Note: If you are using Chrome, the downloaded file will show up in the lower left-hand corner or upper right hand corner of your browser window.
If you are using Firefox or Microsoft Edge, it will show up in the downloads which is the arrow pointing down in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.
Depending on your browser setup, you may be prompted to save or open the file.
Run the file and choose repair.
After the installation is complete open FCA.
