Some users may receive a runtime error when trying to print or preview multiple selected reports. The may be caused by a recent Windows update which removed components used by Full Contact Accounting or Professional Business Manager. Run the Redistributable Update for Windows to correct this error. Note: If you are using Chrome, the downloaded file will show up in the lower left-hand corner or upper right hand corner of your browser window.
Redistributable Update for Windows
If you are using Firefox or Microsoft Edge, it will show up in the downloads which is the arrow pointing down in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.
Depending on your browser setup, you may be prompted to save or open the file.
