Your contact information can be found in multiple places on your site. Different themes have different designs, which can impact which contact information shows up where. You can edit the contact information in the site Header, Footer, and Contact Us page.
Header Contact Information
Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
Go to Theme Editor>Theme Options in the left menu.
Make sure you are on the General Options tab. Under the preview of your logo in the General Settings section are three contact fields: WebsiteName (which is used in the tab label for your site and the default copyright notice), Your Email Address, and Phone Number. To make any changes, type your preferred contact information in the corresponding field.
Note: The Admin for every site will have the same fields here, despite some site designs not including all, or any, of this information in the Header. In the screenshot below, you can see that the site header only has a spot in the design for the Phone Number, despite also having an Email field in the Admin.
To save your changes, scroll down to the bottom right corner of the page and click the Save Setting button.
There are two ways to check that your changes have been saved to your live site:
Click View Live Site in the left menu to go to the home page of your site.
If you already have your site open in another tab, you can refresh that tab to see your changes.
Footer Contact Information
Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
Go to Theme Editor>Theme Options in the left menu.
Click on the Footer Options tab at the top of the page.
Under the preview of your logo in the Footer Options section, located after the color fields, there are three contact fields: Phone, Email, and Address. To make any changes, type your preferred contact information in the corresponding field. The design of each site has a place for these in the Footer.
To save your changes, scroll down to the bottom right corner of the page and click the Save Setting button.
There are two ways to check that your changes have been saved to your live site:
Click View Live Site in the left menu to go to the home page of your site.
If you already have your site open in another tab, you can refresh that tab to see your changes.
Contact Us Page
Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
Go to Theme Editor>Pages in the left menu, or click the All Pages quick tile on your admin Dashboard.
Find the Contact page, alternatively the page might be titled Contact Us. Click either the page title, or the Edit icon in the Action column to edit the page.
Scroll down to the ContactAddress, Contact Phone, and Contact Email fields. To make any changes, type your preferred contact information in the corresponding field.
When you have finished editing the text for the page, scroll up to the top of the Editor and click the Update button to save your changes.
There are two ways to check that your changes have been saved to your live site:
Click the green View Live Site button (seen in the Publishing Status box next to the Update button, pictured in the screenshot above) to open the newest version of the Contact page.
If you already have the page open in another tab, you can refresh that tab to see your changes.
