    Change Site Logos and Favicon

    The logos on your site Header and Footer, as well as your Favicon are easy to change. 

     

    Change Your Header Logo

    1. Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
    2. Go to Theme Editor>Theme Options in the left menu.

    3. A preview of the current logo in your header will be displayed under the General Settings label. If your current logo is all white, this preview might be hard to see against the white background of the Admin.

    4. Click Remove Logo to delete the current image. Click Change Logo to choose a new image from your computer files to upload for this spot.

    5. To save the newly uploaded logo, scroll down to the bottom right corner of the page and click the Save Setting button.

    6. There are two ways to check that your changes have been saved to your live site:
      • Click View Live Site in the left menu to go to the home page of your site.
      • If you already have your site open in another tab, you can refresh that tab to see your changes.

     

     

    Change Your Footer Logo

    1. Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
    2. Go to Theme Editor>Theme Options in the left menu.

    3. Click on the Footer Options tab at the top of the page. A preview of the current logo in your header will be displayed under the Footer Options label. If your current logo is all white, this preview might be hard to see against the white background of the Admin.

    4. Click Remove Logo to delete the current image. Click Change Logo to choose a new image from your computer files to upload for this spot.

    3. Make sure you are on the General Settings tab. To the right of your logo is the Change Favicon link. If you have already changed the favicon, you will see Change Favicon as well as a preview of your Favicon and the Remove Favicon link.

    4. Click Remove Favicon to delete the current image. Click Change Favicon to choose a new image from your computer files to upload for this spot.

    5. To save the newly uploaded favicon, scroll down to the bottom right corner of the page and click the Save Setting button. Your favicon will be displayed in the tab of your browser specific to your website page.
