You might want to change the images on existing pages of your site. This is something you can easily do. There are two parts to this process: uploading images to the siteand deleting or adding uploaded images to a page or blog post.
Upload New Images to Your Site
Log in to the Admin of your site. If you need help finding the right place to do so, follow the instructions in the Log In article.
Go to the Media Center in the left menu, or click the Media Center quick tile on your admin Dashboard. The Media Center is populated with default images as well as any new images that you upload.
Click the Add New button in the top right corner of the window.
A window will open where you can upload files to the MediaCenter. You can drag and drop the files from your computer's file manager into the grey shaded space or click the SelectFile button, and browse for the files you want to upload, then click Open.
When all the files that you want to upload are showing in the queue, click the Upload button. If you accidentally add a file you do not want to upload, you can delete it with the Remove file button below the file thumbnail, underlined in red in the screenshot below.
Note: When the upload has finished, the window will close automatically.
Delete or Add an Image on a Page
Identify the image on your site that you would like to replace.
In the Page Manager, choose the page on your site with the image that you want to edit. Click on the page Title or the Edit icon to open the PageEditor for that page. For example, in the screenshot below, to change the image (marked #1) you would need to choose the corresponding payroll (#2) page in the Page Manager.
In the Page Editor, find the image you want to change. The setup will be different than on the live page, but the image thumbnail will match the image on the site.
Hover over the image thumbnail, and click the X to delete the picture.
Note: If you save at this point, the image might be replaced with the Missing Image icon. The following steps will guide you on how to replace a missing image.
Click the Add Image button.
Choose a new image from the Media Gallery pop-up window. If you haven't uploaded the new image to the Media Gallery yet, follow these instructions to do so. You can edit the image Title, Caption, Alt Text, or Description for accessibility or SEO purposes in the right panel of this window before the image is added to the page. Any changes will be applied to every instance of the image across the site.
Click the Select button to insert the selected image. If you want to close the window without choosing an image, click the X in the top right corner.
To save your changes, scroll to the top of the Page Editor, and click the Update button.
After all changes have been saved, open or refresh the page to see the new image. You can also click the green View Live Site button to view your edited page.
