Tax Tables

Payroll Taxes must be set up (Setup>Payroll Taxes) in order to process live or after-the-fact payroll in FCA™ or PBM™. Importing the file named Tax Tables.tte will update the following tabs with the most current information:

• FWH
• EIC
• SWH (all states)
• FUTA
• Soc. Sec.
• Medicare
• SUTA Emp.
• SDI Emp.

You can download the latest Tax Tables by selecting Check for Program Updates from the Help menu as long as the computer you are using is connected to the internet.

This import is used when first setting up payroll. After the initial import, when the program is opened, a prompt will appear automatically if updated tax tables have been downloaded.

The next time the program is started following the download of the latest Tax Tables.tte file, a dialog box will open, asking if you wish to install or update the Tax Tables. Tax Tables may be installed or updated manually by selecting Tax Tables from the File>Imports menu to import them into your system.

Importing the Tax Tables.tte file will update all of the tabs listed above and overwrite any changes which may have been made to these tables.

A "Not Responding" message from the Windows Task Manager does not mean that the program is not working. A dialog box will appear when the process is complete. DO NOT end the task or interrupt the import.
