Security is a top priority for the Client Portals for your office/staff, and clients/employees. One of the many safeguards to secure your portals is the limitation of login attempts. If the first two attempts are unsuccessful, users will receive the warning message: Username / Password combination was not found. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the warning message will read: Username / Password combination was not found. You have two more attempts left before your account is locked. After the 4th unsuccessful attempt, users will receive the following warning message: Username/Password combination was not found. This is your last attempt before your account is locked. If the user is not successful after the 5th attempt, the user will receive the following message: "This account has been locked out. An email to reset your password has been sent Using Logs/Statistics > Locked Users from the left menu, owners and staff may view Locked Users, consisting of their clients, client employees, and office staff, from the Locked Users Log. Users should contact the Accounting office for assistance or click on the link security@dillners.com to provide their contact information to Dillner's.

Unlocking Users
from the Action column to generate a Reset Password link for the locked user. This is the only path to unlock the portal.
