Quick Tiles are located on the Dashboard and are designed to be used as navigational shortcuts. You can customize which Quick Tiles appear in the upper section of the Dashboard.
Upload to Clients—This allows you to securely upload files to your Portal Clients or non-portal contacts.
Files to Dillner's—This provides a secure upload of files to the Dillner's support team.
Files from Dillner's—This is where you will find files that someone from the Dillner's support team has sent to you.
Personal Briefcase—This can be referred to as a "digital thumb drive" to upload and store personal files. This can be accessed remotely by logging into the VO. This feature is available for accounting office owners and staff with Partner level permission.
Shared Briefcase—This provides file sharing between Partner level staff. This feature is available for accounting office owners and staff with Partner level permission.
Completed Payroll Forms—These are custom payroll entry forms with an employee database that provide your clients the ability to enter employee information and payroll hours online. This tile will list the number of completed payroll forms submitted to, but not accessed by, your office. This feature is available for accounting office owners and staff with Client Maintenance and Partner level permissions.
