Dillner's File Transfer Utility (For Clients using PBM)

The Dillner's File Transfer Utility (FTU) is needed to transfer multiple files at one time.  This utility is available for the Microsoft Windows operating system only.

All clients who will be transferring multiple files from PBM to the VO will need to install the FTU. The install process outlined below will vary slightly for each browser.

1. From the Dashboard, use the left menu and select Management > Power Tools.
    

   

2. Click on the Dillner's File Transfer Utility download button.
   
   
    

3. Open the downloaded file.
   
   

    

4. Click Yes in the User Account Control dialog box to allow the file to install the software on your device.

5. The next dialog box will guide you through the installation. Click the Next button.
   
   
   
   The progress of the installation will be displayed briefly.

   

6. When the installation is complete, a dialog box will appear indicating that the software has been successfully installed. Click Close to exit.
