Resource Links are a beneficial place to put frequently visited sites so that staff and clients can access them easily. The client or your office can create links.
Create a Resource Link
Select Links > Create/Edit from the left menu.
Click the blue Add (+) button at the top of the page.
Enter the Link Name. This is what will appear on the left menu.
Enter the URL Link.
Enter the Link Order number. This will be the display order of the links. They will be sorted first by display number, then alphabetically by Link Name.
Check the appropriate boxes to make the link Available to:
Client—These links will be visible to all of your clients. Each client cancreate and edit their own Personal links.
Staff—These links will be seen by all of your staff. Each staff member will have the ability to create and edit their own Personal links.
Personal—These links are only available to you.
Click the slider button to enable the New Browser Window option. This will open the page in a separate tab while leaving the Client Portal open.
Click the blue Add button. The Links you have created will appear on the left menu.
Edit or Delete a Link
To edit the details of the link, click on the Edit icon located to the right of the Link name.
To delete the link, click on the Delete icon located to the right of the link name.
Click the Update button at the bottom right corner of the page to save the changes.
