PayPortals - Accessing Your PayPortal on Your iPhone

You will receive a notification email or text message when your check stub has been uploaded to your Pay Portal. The email will come from: noreply@mypaycheckdata.com.

1. Open the notification email or text message.
2. Click on the link in the email to open the Log In page. If you do not have a link to click, open your web browser and go to ***.mypaycheckdata.com, where *** is the portion of the URL that is unique to your employer.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your Username and Password and press Login.
   • Your Username is the Portal ID that was assigned to you by your employer.
   • If you have forgotten your Username, contact your employer or manager.
   • If you have forgotten your Password, click the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions.
     
     
     
     
4. Request the delivery method for your PIN. 
   
   
   
   
5. Enter the PIN and select Continue, or select Resend Code.
   
   
   
   
6. The files which have been uploaded to you will be grouped by year and listed in the order uploaded with the most recent file on top. Scroll to the file you want to download.
   
   
   
   
7. Scroll right to see the download link.
   
   
8. The last date you downloaded each file will be displayed in the Download Date column. Click the download  icon in the Action column to begin the download.
   
   
9. Tap Download to download the desired file. If you have the Adobe reader app installed on your mobile device, the pdf file will open immediately. If not, continue with the following steps.
   
   
   
   
10. Close Safari.
    
11. Find and open the Files app.
    
    
    
    
12. Click on the desired file to open your pay stub.
