Payroll WC Class Code

Workers' Compensation Classification can be set up. You can define a default class code for the company and override the default at the employee level. Workers' compensation class codes are used in the Pay as You Go Workers' Compensation file.

1. Select Setup/Payroll WC Class Code.
   
2. Enter applicable Class Codes and Descriptions.

Delete WC Class Code

1. Click in the Delete box of any Class to be deleted.
2. Click the Delete button to delete selected Class Codes. Any Class Code which is selected as the Company Default WC Class or Employee Default WC Class may not be deleted.
3. Click OK to save the Class Codes and Descriptions and close this window.
4. Click Cancel to close the window without saving changes.
