All of the Tables except for the SUTA Co. (State Unemployment Company), SDI Co. (State Disability Company), and LWH (Local Withholding Tax) are maintained by Dillner's™. Updates are imported automatically with the program using Help>Check for Updates. Any of these tables may be edited if necessary. Select Setup>Payroll Taxes. Note: The unemployment rate is based on the payroll check date. Enter new effective date, limit and rate on a new line. Click on the appropriate tab and then click New to create a new table or Edit (with the Table row highlighted) to edit the rates of an existing table. When a tab containing information which is typically maintained by Dillner's is selected, the following dialog box will open. These tables may be edited, but any changes made will affect all employees associated with that State or table. To edit or add a table for Federal, State or Local Withholding Tax, click on the appropriate tab. Click New to create a new table or Edit (with the Table row highlighted) to edit the rates of an existing table. NJ—Enter the company disability rate in the Rate field. Do not check On hours. KY—Enter the SCUF rate in the Other Rate 2 field. NJ—Enter the company UI rate in UI Rate field and the W.F. rate in the Other Rate 1 field. IL—Select Table 0 to withhold a flat .0495. SC—01/01/2017; M and S tables are the same. There is no standard deduction. Table 1 includes the standard deduction. This table should only be used if the employee is claiming 1 or more exemptions.
