    Move Previous

    The Move Previous command places the previous record in a list of records in the active window. The list is sorted in ascending order by either Lookup or transaction Number.

    Three Ways to Use the Move Previous Command

    • Click on the icon in the Data Bar.mceclip1.png
    • Select Edit>Commands>Move Previous in the menu.
    • Use a shortcut for the command. The default shortcut keys are Ctrl+B, however, another shortcut can be added in the Setup>Keyboard Shortcuts window.
