Create an Accountant User

Use File>Admin>Create Accountant User only if no Accountant user exists, or if you do not remember the login User Name and Password. The Code required to create an Accountant user can only be obtained from Dillner's Support by the accounting office owner and is only good for the day that it is issued.

1. Select File>Admin>Create Accountant User.
   
2. Enter the Serial Number and Activation Code as provided by support.
3. Click OK.
   
4. Enter the desired Accountant user name.
5. Leave the User Properties field blank.
6. Enter the desired password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
7. Click OK to save the new user.

 Accountant users are users with the highest level of rights. They have access to the Accountants menu as well as all of the Setup>System Options tabs.

An Accountant user is usually the owner or supervisor of an accounting office.
