Capture a photo of the desired document. At the bottom of the page, tap Retry to retake the photo or OK to continue with the image you captured. On the next screen, you can crop the image. Use your finger to drag the corners or edges of the crop box to adjust and define the area of the document you want to keep. To adjust the image, tap the Rotate icon at the top of the screen. Tap the Flip icon to flip the image horizontally or vertically. Once you’re satisfied with your adjustments, tap Crop in the top-right corner to proceed to a preview of the document. Once the document has been rotated or cropped, a preview will display where you can cancel the upload, capture and add images/documents to the upload, or delete a document from the upload. Tap Cancel to end this upload. Tap the “+” icon located at the top center of the page to capture a new photo of the document—or to take photos of additional documents to include in the upload. A small image preview will appear in the lower-left corner of the screen. Tap the Delete (Trash Can) icon to remove any documents from the upload. Tap Done to proceed with the upload. Enter a File Name that applies to all attached images included in the upload. After entering the file name, tap Save to proceed to the Upload Files page. The message "File Uploaded Successfully" will appear. Tap “OK” to view or print the File Upload Confirmation page. To share selected files with an Employee Portal, tap the drop-down arrow in the “Allow Access of this file to” field. The Select People page will display. A list of the client’s employee portals will appear. Tap the desired employee(s); a checkmark will appear next to each selected name. Tap “Add” in the upper-right corner to return to the Upload Files screen.

The option wheel will display in the lower section of the screen. Tap the desired Department.
