If an employee has not set up their password in the PayPortal™, the client or someone from the accounting office can resend the email with a link to create the password.
Log in to the Virtual Office™.
Select the PayPortal icon on the Dashboard, or select PayPortals from the Management section in the left menu.
All employees are displayed on the Employee List. Any employee who has not set up a password is shown with Pending next to their ID. Select Nudge Employee.
Only Pending employees are listed in this window. You can email a password setup link to one, some, or all pending employees. Click the Toggle Select All button to select or deselect all pending employees, or click the box in the Select column for each individual you wish to select.
Click the Send button to send an email to all selected employees.
A confirmation will open when the email has been sent.
