Change Employee Email Address or Phone Number

An employee's email address can be changed either by their employer or accounting office from the PayPortal section of the VO. The employee will still have access to all documents uploaded to their portal from before the email address change. If the employee is active, the email address also needs to be changed in the payroll program.

1. Click on the PayPortals link on the dashboard, or select Management>PayPortals from the left menu.

2. Click on the Edit icon for the desired employee.

3. Enter the new phone number or email address and click Submit.
