You can print a report that will display the Accrued and Used Sick hours (or other Accruable Benefits like PTO or Vacation.) The example below shows Sick. Repeat as needed for Used hours. Note: There are additional Payroll Items Custom Reports with different layouts. The reports with -L in the name are landscape versions and will allow you to select items for up to six items. Note: You can enter more than one item lookup in the value by entering the different Lookups separated by a comma (,). A payroll item may only be used one time in the report so you cannot have one column for accrued, one for used, and a third with accrued and used together.
