    Create and Submit W-2c and W-3c Forms

    W-2c and W-3c forms can be created on the Social Security Administration Business Services Online website. 

    Login to the SSA/BSO website.

    Select Report Wages to Social Security.

    Select the Forms W-2c/W-3c Online tab and follow the instructions on the website.
