Files from Guests (10/24)

Files uploaded to the Accounting Office from a Guest Request email or using the Upload File link from an email signature can be retrieved from the Files from Guest tile on the Dashboard or the Download Guest Files link from the left menu.

Downloading Files from the Guest 

1. Select Files > Download Guest File(s) from the left menu or the Files from Guest Quick tile on the Dashboard.
   
    
2. Click the link under the Title column heading to access the uploaded document. The number of files in the upload will be displayed in a blue circle under the Files column heading.
   
   
    
3. Click the Download icon to the right of the file name to download a single file. 
   
   
    
4. If multiple files have been uploaded, each file is listed separately under the File Name column. You may download all files by clicking the Select All box and then the Download All icon. You may need to install the File Download Utility to download multiple files at the same time. Click here for information about the File Download Utility.
   
   
    
5. Click the Guest Documents link using the breadcrumb from the top left corner of the Detail page to return to the list of Guest Documents.
   
   
    

Delete Files from Guests

Files from Guests can be deleted from the Guest Documents page. 

1. To delete multiple files, click the Select All box to the left of the Title column heading. 
2. Click the red Delete icon above the Select All box to delete the selected files.
   
   
    
3. Files can be deleted individually from the Guest Document list by clicking the red Delete icon to the far right of the upload record.
   
   
    
4. Files from Guests can also be deleted from the Detail page after being downloaded.
5. To delete multiple files, click the Select All box to select all files in the section. The Select All box is to the left of the File Name column heading. Click the checkbox to the left of the file name to deselect the file.  
6. Click the red Delete icon above the File Name column heading to delete the selected files.
   
    
7. Click the Delete button to the far right to delete a single file.
8. A Confirmation message of "Are you sure you want to proceed?" will appear.  Select the Confirm button to complete the process or the Cancel button. This will take you back to the Guest Document list page.
