Recent Conversations include conversations with clients and staff that have taken place through the VO. Drafts of messages which were started but not sent are saved automatically in Recent Conversations. All conversation threads are retained for documentation purposes. Recent Conversations can be accessed multiple ways in the VO: Recent Conversations are listed in the left panel of the Conversations page. You may search Recent Conversations by using one or more of the Advanced Search filter options: Title, Select Date, Search, or Client. More information on these filters is available below. To search by Title, enter the title or a keyword from the title and click the green Search button. You may search Recent Conversations by date or date range. To search by Client, click the Select Client drop-down menu to find the client and click the green Search button. You can use the Select Client drop-down field to narrow down the selection by typing the first few characters of a name in the Search field and clicking Search. The Action drop-down menu allows you to perform actions such as Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Delete, and Archive. Select the desired conversations in the list and click on the Action. Recent Conversations may be filtered from the drop-down menu. The options are All, Client, Staff, and Dillner's Support. When a Recent Conversation is opened, the conversation thread will display in the panel to the right of the Recent Conversations list.

Click the Select All box to apply the action to all conversations. This select each conversation, indicated by the checkmark to the left of each message. To deselect a conversation, click on the box to remove the checkmark.Filters
