Client Upload Files To Accounting Office (10/24)

Your client portal enables you to send secure, encrypted files to your accountant's office. 

1. Click the Upload Files quick tile on the Dashboard or Files>Upload Files from the left menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Upload File button at the top of the page.
   
   
3. Enter a Title for your upload.
4. Select a Department from the drop-down menu to direct your upload to.
5. Enter comments or notes in the Description field.
6. Click in the Allow access of this file to box to allow the selected client employee access to the files uploaded to the accounting office.
   
   
   
   
7. Click in the long gray browse box to the file location, select the files you want to upload, or drag and drop the desired files into the same gray box. Multiple files (maximum of 100) may be uploaded with the Maximum combined total file size of 1GB. The Filename has a 250-character capacity.
8. Click the blue Submit button to upload the file(s). 
   
   
   
   
9. A Document Confirmation will display after you have clicked Submit. Click the Print icon at the top for a print-friendly page
