Files from Guest

Guest Files can be received from various areas of the Client Portals. 

Here are the areas available for Non-Portal users to send files to the Accounting Office:

• Continue as Guest button from the Accounting Office Login page.
• Guest Request
• The "Upload Files" link from an Email Signature.

Once your guest has uploaded a file, an email notification is generated to the Accounting Office. 

Download Files from Guest 

1. The files received from the areas mentioned above can be found using Files > Download Guest File(s) from the left menu or the Files From Guest Quick tile on the Dashboard. 
   
   
    
2. Click the link under the Title column heading to access the document.
   
   
    
3. For a single file, click the Download button to the right of the file name. 
   
   
    
4. Click the Download All button if the guest has uploaded multiple files to your office. 
   
   
    
5. After the files are downloaded, you have the option to delete the file(s) if no longer needed. Click the Delete icon located next to the Download icon to delete files individually.
   
   
6.  Or use the Select All checkbox to the left of the File Name column heading and click on the Delete icon above the File Name column heading.
   
   

File Maintenance for Guest Files
